My enemy lives 

Within me, 

Along with my strength 

To fight it. 

If I can keep 

Perspective 

Everything will 

Be all right. 

If I never think I 

Beat it. 

If I remember 

I have the power, 

All will help 

Me in deciding 

Not to hurt, 

Instead of 

Hurting.
